3 years of starvation.....before the Dajjal appears

We are standing right at the edge of a time of great struggle, after which the great deceiver, Dajjal will appear.
To make it through these times of fitnah and the era of the Dajjal and the darkness that will cover the world, we must go back to the very foundation of our deen. We need to secure land, protect our food supplies, and learn how to provide for ourselves and become self sufficient again, like how the sahaba (RA) and taabi'een were in the past
This is not 'prepper advice'; It is based on the sunnah teachings of the Prophet ﷺ, the urgent warnings from his companions (RA), and the wisdom of the early generations who followed them.
The major trials are coming soon. The time to take action is now.
Understanding the Timeline
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave us a map of the future, particularly the major events leading to the Last Hour, which the Ulamaa refer to as the "Ashraatus Saa'ah"

These events are markers for us, to know where we are, what to expect and also to eliminate confusion and anxiety regarding what is happening in the world, they are also to help us differentiate the people of Imaan from the munafiqeen, the imposters from the real figures that will appear.
They also bolster our Imaan, because when we see these events that Nabi ﷺ told us about coming true, it reinforces our Imaan and yaqeen (conviction) in the words of Nabi ﷺ, the Quran and the deen of Islam.
Remember that whatever Allah ﷻ has decreed will come to pass, nobody will be able to prevent it, nobody will be able to bring it earlier than its appointed time.
Nabi ﷺ described a sequence of events that will break the current world system, before the biggest trial, the Dajjal himself appears, and if you look carefully at what is happening in the world right now, it matches these warnings perfectly. We are not just waiting anymore for these events to start. We are living through it.
The Ulama agree that the minor signs have already been present for a long time, now we are on the verge of the major signs appearing
But the major signs will not happen gradually, one by one. They will come in quick succession, like the beads of a tasbeeh falling when the string is cut.
Each one happening faster than the previous, destroying the 'normal' lives we have become used to. We are all caught in a trap that is slowly closing shut, but most will ignore it until its too late.
The hadeeth regarding the appearance of Dajjal and related events mention that it will take place quickly, in a span of 7 months. Other ahadeeth mention that Dajjal will reign for 40 days in the earth, the first like a year, the second like a month, the third like a week, the remaining like ordinary days. Some scholars have calculated this as 14 months, while others say that it refers to 4 distinct periods during his rule, where in the first period it will be the height of technological advancement, such that travel and work that would take a year would take only a day, thereafter it would decrease until eventually in the last stage modern technology is completely destroyed and the world returns to the time of horses and swords

How & exactly when this will play out is only known to Allah ﷻ, but what we do know is that before Dajjal appears, there will be the Malhama Kubra & the Dukhaan—the Great Apocalyptic War followed by a smoke that will envelope the majority of the earth.
After this war, and this is the crux of this article, there will be 3 or 5 years of drought, famine, hunger, and society falling apart.
This is what precedes the Dajjal, and sets the stage for the most difficult test to ever face any ummah. Every Nabi (AS) warned about this test, the 40 day test of Dajjal.
This 40 day examination, will come when the world is in most need of food, water and safety.
Dajjal will offer all of this, but....you must accept his system, you must give up your Imaan, you must take the vaccine, you must eat lab grown meat, you must not go to the Masjid, you must not wear Hijab, you must not use the words "from the river to the sea", you must consume chemicals in your food, pork, drugs and alcohol in your medicine, you must agree and support LGBT, you must let your children change their gender, you must send them to brainwashing schools where they are exposed to sex education.

Only then will you be allowed to use the digital dajjali currency, by which you can then buy food and water, and move around, work and do business in the dajjali digital society.

If you refuse...then you will suffer. Your accounts will be blocked, you will lose travel privileges, you will not get a job, you will not get a trade license, you will be banished like how the early Muslims were banished
These aren't just stories that are related for entertainment. These are events that will physically happen and we who are living today will most likely see it with our own eyes, in fact some of this is already happening in different places in the world.
We need to prepare for what is coming, not just by debating and listening to lectures, but by acting with yaqeen, conviction, in the words of Nabi ﷺ
We can all see that the world is right now heading toward a massive war that will change the way we have become used to living. The balance of military power and domination is cracking. This is a world war that will affect every city and town.
Scholars in the past pointed to battles occurring in the middle east, warning of armies fighting under flags.
We see these same events starting today. The result will be total destruction: poisoned land, dirty water, burnt skies and the end of all global trade as we know it.
The hunger and drought that follows will be a severe test of our Imaan. May Allah ﷻ save us.
To have yaqeen in the words of Nabi ﷺ means to prepare for it before it occurs
“You will make a truce of peace with the 'Romans', and you and they will fight an enemy attacking from behind you (or behind your back). You will be victorious, take spoils, and remain safe. Then you will return until you descend in a pasture with hills, where a man from the Christians will raise the cross and say, ‘The Cross has prevailed!’ A man from the Muslims will become angry and smash it. At that point, the Romans will betray you, and you will gather for the Great War (Malhama).” (Reported in Sunan Abi Dawud)
Has this happened already? Who will it involve in todays world? Only Allah ﷻ knows. But this hadeeth tells us one thing, the malhama will be a religious war, that will start from a geopolitical war. (Currently we may be seeing that geopolitical war, between Iran and the US and its allies)
This is the essence of the hadeeth, which is what we will see happening, the west refers to it as the third crusades, and they are using this terminology already amongst their army personnel, they are even saying this war will lead to 'armageddon'
Currently the only such truce between Muslims and the Romans, aka the Christians, is the Muslim Gulf Arab states who have a treaty of peace and military support with the Christian western states, and they are currently fighting an enemy who is sinisterly working against them from behind.
In fact it fits perfectly as Nabi ﷻ said "you" in this hadeeth which often refers to the Arabs
If the hadeeth applies to this scenario then it means this alliance will succeed, they will take over that backstabbing enemy, but afterwards the western states will be treacherous, which is to be expected from them, and the arabs will then finally stand up to fight them and this will result in the malhama, the worst war ever to be seen.

Perhaps Mahdi will eventually lead the Muslim armies in this war, Allah ﷻ knows best, but they will have to rise up first....
The aftermath of the Malhama Kubra and the use of nuclear weapons which will kill 99 out of 100, means the land will be poisoned, crops will fail, and there will be droughts and famine in the world.
This is the environment that will be present before the Dajjal appears.
After years of hunger and chaos, the world that is weak and starving will be least prepared to resist him. Mahdi will still be present at this time, still fighting and leading the ummah, but he will not be able to succeed against Dajjal, for this Allah ﷻ will send Isa (AS) because only he has the ability to kill Dajjal, but first lets talk about the years of famine and what you need to do...
The Hadith of the Three Years of Famine Before Dajjal
The warnings about the terrible famine before the Dajjal are not just myths. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ spoke clearly on these matters, so that the true mu'mineen could wake up, prepare and get ready....before the final darkness arrives.
Before the emergence of Dajjal, there will be three difficult years. In the first year, Allah will command the sky to withhold one-third of its rain and the earth to withhold one-third of its produce. In the second year, the sky will withhold two-thirds of its rain and the earth two-thirds of its produce. In the third year, the sky will withhold all of its rain and the earth all of its produce. Every animal with hooves or teeth will die."— Reported by Ibn Majah and others, from the hadith of Abu Umamah al-Bahili (رضي الله عنه)
The details are very specific, it is a slow, painful, three-year march toward total breakdown of the modern food chain. It is a step-by-step destruction of the world as we know it.
This is a direct warning from Allah ﷻ for you and me living in this time period. It is an urgent message for those who can see the truth and have the motivation and strength to act. There is still a window of opportunity right now—a small, closing gap—to prepare. We should not ignore this final chance.
When the hadith says that every animal with hooves or teeth will die, it means the entire global food chain of the world will break down and will not be restored. It is the end of modern commercial farming. Whether this happens because of a nuclear winter, poisoned soil, or a ruined climate, the reality of where the world is heading right now matches this warning perfectly.
The apocalypse or 'armageddon' is a real event that is coming and is also mentioned in the previous scriptures. You must prepare now, or you and your family will suffer in the hunger that follows, and have to face the great trials and temptations when Dajjal appears.
Welcoming these trials, thinking them to be trivial is not what was taught to us by Nabi ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would gather the sahaba and give discourses on the signs of the Last Day and the appearance and characteristics of Dajjal, and the coming of Mahdi and Isa (AS). To relate these matters and inform people today is desired. Nabi ﷺ also said that when the Dajjal appears you should not go out to face him, because a person with strong Imaan will do so, and his Imaan will be shaken and he will begin to doubt and lose his Imaan. So the advice is to flee from him, to find places of safety, not to be proud and think one will be able to survive his fitnah.
Soon, nuclear weapons will be used by multiple countries, as a result:
Electronics would be destroyed by electromagnetic pulses, meaning our technology would stop working.
Nuclear radiation would poison the soil in the Middle East and Central Asia.
Global trade would end, making it impossible to get supplies commercially
A thick cloud of dust would fill the air, blocking the sun. (this is why wind power generation must be done with solar)

As a result the sky will stop giving beneficial rain, just as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ warned.
This devastation isn't just about nuclear fallout theory. It is a reality that is coming toward us.
We must understand that these warnings are serious and prepare early...
Preparation Is a neglected Sunnah
Many people in our community have fallen into a dangerous trap. They think that being complacent or unprepared physically, and resorting to dhikr and duaa alone, while ignoring physical preparation, is the same as having tawakkul, "relying on Allah ﷻ"
This is a monumental mistake.
Real tawakkul (trust in Allah) doesn't mean sitting still while a storm comes. It means working hard to protect your family while keeping your heart connected to Allah ﷻ and depending on Allah ﷻ for the successful outcome of your preparations. If you ignore the warning signs and stay defenseless, you are not being "pious"—you are in fact neglecting your fardh duties.
"Tie your camel, and put your trust in Allah."
— Reported by al-Tirmidhi, from Anas ibn Malik
This instruction of the Prophet ﷺ makes it very simple to know what to do, and also gives us the sequence of how to do it: First, tie your camel, meaning first do the necessary preparations and effort using the means available Then, trust in Allah ﷻ. Meaning now that you have done your part, leave it up to Allah ﷻ to make your effort fruitful and compensate for what you were physically unable to do There is no 'trust in Allah ﷻ' if you haven't done the necessary efforts.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ lived in the harsh desert where planning ahead was necessary for survival.
When he went into battle, he wore armor, sometimes multiple coats
When enemies threatened Madinah, he dug a trench to protect the city.
He made sure his family had food to survive the hard years. This was not lack of zuhd or the hoarding of wealth. It was about being smart and prepping for survival.
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to sell the produce from the garden of banu nadir and then (using the proceeds) store enough food for his family for a year."
— Sahih al-Bukhari and Bayhaqi, narrated by 'Umar ibn al-Khattab
Think about this: The Prophet ﷺ, whom Allah ﷻ protected and had the greatest amount of tawakkul and piety, still saved a year’s worth of food for his household.
If the best of creation ﷺ thought it was necessary to keep food in reserve, why do we think it’s against tawakkul? The world is not as stable as it used to be. It is teetering on the edge of a collapse. The time to follow this neglected Sunnah is now.
'Prepping' is actually a duty of every muslim & it is only common sense.
The Ulamaa of this Ummah have explained clearly: protecting your family from hunger is a duty. It is not just a 'good idea' or for the 'crazy prepper community' or the 'conspiracy theorists'; it is in reality an act of worship.
Our global food supply chain that we have become used to today, is fragile. If you remain unprepared for its collapse, then you are failing the people that Allah ﷻ put under your care.
The time for armchair debating is over. It is time to make amal (practice) on this sunnah.
The hadeeth state that whoever will bring alive a sunnah that is not being practiced upon in the time of fitnah and fasad, will get the reward of a hundred shaheed. In fact there is a hadeeth which even clearly instructs us to store food, this particular hadeeth, which may refer to the events currently occurring:
عن خالد بن معدان رحمه الله قال: إذا رأيتم عمودا من نار من قبل المشرق في شهر رمضان في السماء فأعدوا من الطعام ما استطعتم فإنها سنة جوع
Khalid Ibn Ma’dan (rahimahullah) has said: ” If you see a column of fire from the East, in the month of Ramadan, in the sky, then prepare as much food as you can, for it is (going to be) a year of starvation (famine).” This narration has been recorded by Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Ubadah ibn Samit (radiyallahu ‘anhu) as a marfu’ Hadith (i.e with the wording attributed to Nabi ﷺ).
The Prophet ﷺ Encouraged Agriculture and Livestock
Beyond just storing food for difficult times, the Prophet ﷺ also encouraged the ummah to revive the earth and make it productive. He encouraged us to farm, to plant, to raise animals, and to learn how to take care of ourselves. These weren't just suggestions; they were survival plans for an ummah who would one day face the crumbling world and fitnah we see today
«إِنْ قَامَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَفِي يَدِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَسِيلَةٌ، فَإِنِ اسْتَطَاعَ أَنْ لاَ يَقُومَ حَتَّى يَغْرِسَهَا فَلْيَفْعَلْ»
"If the Hour is about to be established and one of you has a sapling in his hand, let him plant it."— Reported by Ahmad and al-Bukhari in al-Adab al-Mufrad, from Anas ibn Malik
Do you understand how serious this is? Even as the world ends and everything falls apart, we are told to plant that sapling
You must connect yourself to the land. The coming storm will hurt those who are stuck in the fragile, failing cities and suburbs and who do not produce their own food.
Do not neglect the knowledge of how to grow food. It is the lifeline that will keep the believers alive when everything else collapses
«مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ أَوْ دَابَّةٌ أَوْ طَيْرٌ إِلاَّ كَانَتْ لَهُ صَدَقَةً إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ»
"There is no Muslim who plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, a person, or an animal eats from it, except that it is counted as a charity (sadaqah) for him until the day of Qiyamah"— Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, narrated by Anas ibn Malik
Farming is your protection. It is a charity that lasts forever. Every seed you put in the ground, every harvest you gather, and every living thing you feed brings reward. These aren't just chores. They are important acts of worship that earn you rewards.
The person who turns a piece of empty land into a place of life isn't just surviving the coming collapse. They are building a way to feed themselves and others when the rest of the world is hungry, and this is a noble action that is rewarded by Allah ﷻ

Plant Seeds
Learning how to work the soil takes time and practice. Don't wait. Start now while you still have the resources. When the world's systems fail, your ability to grow your own food will be the most valuable thing you own.
Raise Livestock
The Prophet ﷺ told us that goats and sheep bring blessings. In the hard times ahead, having small, sturdy animals will be the difference between having food and going hungry.
Secure Water Sources
The earth is drying up. If you have land with clean water—like a spring, a well, or a river—you have a treasure. Find these water sources and protect them for you and the ummah right away.
Head for the Mountains
The Prophet ﷺ pointed us toward the mountains as a place to stay safe during fitnah. Get away from the cities. True safety is found far away from the places that are going to fall apart.
The Hadith of the Mountains: Leaving the Chaos
The time of great tribulations is not just coming—it is already here. When the Prophet ﷺ ’s companions asked about the future troubles that would shake the world, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave a clear and serious plan for how to survive.
Stop looking at the cities and governments for help.
Do not count on modern systems.
Do not hold on to things that will soon be destroyed.
The only way to save yourself is to leave the crumbling cities and find safety in the high mountains
"The time is coming soon when the best property of a Muslim will be sheep which he will take to the mountaintops and to the places of rainfall, running away with his religion from the trials and tribulations."— Sahih al-Bukhari, narrated by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri
This is not just a suggestion. It is akin to an instruction for the final days.
"The best property" — When the world’s systems break down, your digital bank accounts will disappear.
Your paper money will be useless.
The only real wealth left will be things that can grow, reproduce, and feed you.
The Messenger ﷺ pointed to sheep as the most beneficial asset.
Sheep and goats are hardy and independent. In a world that will no longer provide for you, they can provide milk and food to keep your family alive.
Milk is praised as both a food and a drink in the ahadeeth and the duaa after drinking milk also shows us its value, when we read "and give us increase in it"
"Mountaintops and places of rainfall" — Your survival will depend on where you live. Cities are traps, and coastal areas are too risky. You must move toward the high, rough land of the interior. These places are like forts that protect you from the chaos below. The mountains give you things the city cannot: clean water, space to stay hidden, and a natural shield against the coming storms.
"Running away with his deen" — Do not think retreating into the mountains is an act of weakness. It is the ultimate act of bravery. You are moving to save the one thing that truly matters: your deen.

If you stay in the middle of the fitnah, your Imaan will be chipped away until it is gone. When the trials reach their worst, people who are hungry and desperate will be the first to trade their deen for a piece of bread. The mountains are your bunker and they have been so repeatedly in the past, and even for the ashaab-e-kahf. They are meant to protect your body and your soul. You must act now for this transition, or you risk losing both.
Sayings of the Sahaba (RA) on Preparation and Self-Sufficiency
The Sahabah (RA) —the great companions of the Prophet ﷺ—did not treat the coming of the Great Tribulation as a distant myth. They saw the storm coming and they already prepared in their time. Their advice and example is a battle plan for the end of times.
«مَا وَجَدْتُ شَيْئًا أَنْفَعَ لِلْقَلْبِ مِنَ الْعُزْلَةِ، وَقِلَّةِ الْأَكْلِ، وَهَجْرِ مُجَالَسَةِ الْجُهَّالِ»
"I have never found anything more beneficial for the heart than solitude, eating little, and abandoning the company of the ignorant."— 'Ali ibn Abi Talib
"Work for this world as if you will live forever, and work for the Hereafter as if you will die tomorrow."— 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنه), narrated in various collections
The advice from Ibn 'Umar is a loud wake-up call. "Work for this world as if you will live forever"—this does not mean you should be greedy. It means you must plan for the long term. Plant crops and trees that will provide food for your grandchildren. Dig boreholes that will provide water when the cities are gone. You are building the things you will need for a difficult future. You must build things that last. This is the mindset of a person who prepares today so they are not helpless when the world falls apart tomorrow
«مَنْ أَصْبَحَ مِنْكُمْ آمِنًا فِي سِرْبِهِ، مُعَافًى فِي جَسَدِهِ، عِنْدَهُ قُوتُ يَوْمِهِ، فَكَأَنَّمَا حِيزَتْ لَهُ الدُّنْيَا»
"Whoever awakens in the morning having safety in his place of dwelling, health in his body, and he has enough food for the day, — it is as if the whole world has been gathered for him."— 'عبيدالله بن محصن (رضي الله عنه), narrated by al-Tirmidhi
This advice of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is priceless, it indicates a level of preparation for 3 things, since the hadeeth mentions waking up in the morning with all these things already present, meaning they were prepared and worked on before hand:
Security and safety
Good health
Food provisions
This indicates that preparing these are a noble act and encouraged and praised by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ
'Umar ibn al-Khattab (رضي الله عنه) also made these efforts, he made efforts to protect his people during the time of drought and extreme hunger. He did not just hope for things to get better; he made sure there was enough food for everyone. He managed the grain stores to keep the nation safe during a drought.
Remember this: having a safe home and a supply of food is not a luxury. These are your defenses against the dark times that are coming.
The Tabi'een on Withdrawal, Preparation, and the Coming Trials
The Tabi'een, those who came after the Sahaba (RA) lived through the collapse of a stable world. They saw the pain of civil wars and the breaking apart of the early Muslim community. Because of this, their warnings are lessons for us. They saw the Prophet ﷺ's advice on how to prepare for hard times as a literal lifeline. Pay attention to them:
«يأتي على الناس زمان، الصابر فيه على دينه كالقابض على الجمر»
"There will come a time upon the people when the one who holds onto his deen will be like one holding onto burning coals."— Hasan al-Basri (رحمه الله), elaborating upon the hadith of the Prophet ﷺ
If you are not free, you are not in control of your deen. You are a captive just waiting for the world to force you to choose against your deen.
"Flee with your religion, for indeed fitnah descends like the darkness of night."— Ibrahim al-Nakha'i (رحمه الله), a leading scholar of the Tabi'een generation
"The man who has land, water, and a few animals — he is free. The man who owns only what the market sells to him — he is a slave."— Attributed to scholars of the early Salaf, reflecting the consensus orientation of that generation toward self-sufficiency
Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib (رحمه الله) was a giant of knowledge who refused to be fooled by the fake comfort of his time. He would keep four hundred gold coins in reserve — not out of greed, but as a shield for his honour and his religion. When asked about it, he said it was so he would never be dependent on anyone. This is recorded in Siyar A'lam al-Nubala by Imam al-Dhahabi, and in Ibn Sa'd's Tabaqat al-Kubra. He also said:
«لَا خَيْرَ فِيمَنْ لَا يُرِيدُ جَمْعَ الْمَالِ يَصُونُ بِهِ عِرْضَهُ وَيَقْضِي بِهِ دَيْنَهُ»
"There is no good in the one who does not have a desire to accumulate wealth, by which he can protect his honour and pay off his debts."— Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib (رحمه الله), recorded in Ibn Sa'd's Tabaqat al-Kubra and cited in Siyar A'lam al-Nubala by Imam al-Dhahabi
This was not greed. This was wisdom and self sufficiency. A man who has only paper/digital money is a man who can be controlled. A man who has real reserves — food, gold, land — is a man who can say no to temptation and control.
That freedom to say no is what protects your deen when the pressure comes. The early generations understood this. They did not wait to be desperate. They prepared before the storm arrived. If you think you are safe just because you live in comfort now and have a healthy digital bank balance, you are already setting yourself up to be controlled by others when the hard times come.
Dajjal's Strategy: Why the Hungry Are Most Vulnerable
Understand this: the famine before the Dajjal appears is not a coincidence. It is a planned, brutal step. It is the final setup for the greatest trickery the world will ever see. When the world is starving and broken, people will be desperate. This makes it the perfect time for a false messiah to arrive with bread and fake miracles.
"He will come to a people and call them to (follow him), and they will believe in him and respond to him. He will order the sky to rain and it will rain, and he will order the earth to produce and it will produce... Then he will come to another people and call them, and they will refuse, and he will leave them — and they will have a drought, with nothing left in their hands."— Sahih Muslim, from the long hadith on the Dajjal, narrated by al-Nawwas ibn Sam'an (رضي الله عنه)
Dajjal will use the sky and the earth like a weapon. He will control the rain and the crops and the digital monetary system. During a global three-year famine, he will give people a sickening choice: follow him and eat, or refuse him and face the pain of starvation. When your children are crying from hunger, what will you choose?
This is why you must prepare. This isn't about storing food just for comfort. It is about having the freedom to say no. A community that has its own food, water, and land has the one thing the Dajjal cannot counter: self sufficiency & independence.
To prepare is to protect yourself against being forced to follow him. It means you will have the physical and spiritual strength when everyone else has given up their Imaan for a loaf of bread.
Do not be a pawn in his plan. This preparation isn't just about worldly things; it is a battle to keep your belief in Tawhid (the Oneness of Allah). This is a matter of life, death, and your future in the face of the ultimate test. The time to build your fortress is now. Tomorrow might be too late.
Where Can a Believer Find Refuge?
When the sky turns to ash and the wind carries invisible poison, surviving won't be enough—you need to know where to go.
Areas around the middle east and then entire Northern Hemisphere will become a graveyard of radiation. But, the tropical air near the equator acts as a barrier, a wall of between the fire in the North and the safer lands in the South.
You must head for high ground where there is plenty of rain. Stay as far away as you can from the giant cities that will burn. When the modern world collapses into dust, the only way to live is to live like a shepherd in the mountains. This is your survival plan.

These mountains are very high and very far away from targets in the North. This area has good soil and plenty of rain, making it a place where you can grow food far from the dangers of war
New Zealand (South Island)
This island is surrounded by huge oceans, keeping it safe. Because of the wind, the air stays clear of the fighting in the North. There is plenty of rain and rich soil here, which helps people grow the food they need to survive, but they are difficult to get to unless you are one of the elite
Patagonia (Argentina/Chile)
This is a quiet, empty land filled with mountains. Because it is so far South and away from major military or factory targets, it is possibly one of the safe places.
Ethiopian Highlands
These mountains are very high and have been used for farming for a long time. Because they are rain-fed and away from the coasts where poison might settle, this area may be a secure place to live but it is still in the northern hemisphere.
Atlas & Anatolian Plateaus
These are high, inland regions where people have farmed for centuries. Even though they are closer to the fighting, the high ground and distance from big cities make them possible places to find safety.
The Believer's Obligation: Act Now, Before the Hour Strikes
The evidence is clear. These signs are not far off; they are happening right now, right in front of us.
The hardest part is this: the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
Do not let your knowledge be something that counts against you later. This is an urgent call to close that gap. Every bit of preparation, every seed planted, and every supply stored is a way to worship Allah ﷻ.
It is a way to stand up against the coming storm. This is how you protect your family and shield your heart from the darkness that is coming
«إِنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ، وَإِنَّمَا لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى»
"Actions are by their intentions, and every person will have only what they intended."— Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, narrated by 'Umar ibn al-Khattab
Fix your intention with firm resolve. You are not preparing out of fear of tomorrow. You are preparing out of deep love for your family, total conviction & trust in the warnings of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and a strong desire to stay on the right path when the world falls apart. When you have this intention, every bag of grain, every water jug, and every piece of land you use to grow food becomes a heavy weight on your good deeds. It will speak for you when nothing else can.
The clock is ticking. Do not wait for the disaster to happen before you believe the words of the Messenger ﷺ. The person who acts today, while others are sleeping, is the one who truly understands the truth of what is unseen. Seize the moment. Build with focus, speed, and the help of your brothers and sisters in deen. May Allah ﷻ give us the clear vision and the iron will to act before the darkness arrives.
Make the Intention
Renew your intention with complete sincerity. This is not just about worldly wealth and property; this is an act of worship. See every step you take to prepare as a duty to protect the trust Allah ﷻ has placed with you.
Begin Food Reserves Immediately
The time to hesitate is over. Buy your first extra food reserves today. Keep growing your supply—from a week, to a month, to a year. Your survival depends on the independence you build right now and this is part of Sunnah.
Learn One Practical Skill
Skills are your currency in the coming drought. Whether it is medicine, farming, or food storage, learn how to take care of yourself. Do not wait for the crisis to begin to learn these things.
Identify Your Land and Community
You cannot survive alone. Find others who see the situation as clearly as you do. Plan how to gather resources together. Working as a group is the only way to survive when the world becomes scattered.
Strengthen Your Deen Daily
Keep your heart strong. Memorize the protection found in Surah al-Kahf. Stand in prayer during the quiet hours of the night. If your heart is not connected to Allah, no pile of food will save you when the Dajjal appears.
«كُنْ فِي الدُّنْيَا كَأَنَّكَ غَرِيبٌ أَوْ عَابِرُ سَبِيلٍ»
A Final Reminder: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Be in this world as though you are a stranger or a traveler." (Sahih al-Bukhari).
Do not mistake this world for your true home. We are just travelers getting ready for the hardest road in history. Prepare wisely, move quickly, and keep your eyes on the final goal, using the resources Allah ﷻ gave you to achieve it.
If you have to use your time and your wealth to protect your deen and the deen of your children, living simply in the mountains, then you have achieved the ultimate bargain.

But if you use what Allah ﷻ gave you, to accumulate paper and numbers, to chase the glamorous fake paradise of Dajjal, the fancy and modern cities full of fitnah, then you have achieved the ultimate loss in dunya and aakhirat.
May Allah ﷻ protect us and our progeny from the increasing trials and tribulations and grant us the ability to act and prepare and follow the sunnah of Rasulullah ﷺ. Aameen
The warnings from the Prophet ﷺ are calling out to us, and the chance to keep our families safe is closing fast.
